Terms & Billing Authorization
Required service, billing, cancellation, and customer authorization terms for The Bin Butler.
clear terms, reliable service ✦
Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Billing Authorization apply when you use The Bin Butler website, submit a service request, manage service details, or purchase trash-bin assistance from The Bin Butler, a division of Sweep Pea Cleaning Company. By submitting the service details form, accepting the required checkbox, completing checkout, or using the service, you agree to these terms. Effective July 13, 2026.
Service requests and service area
The Bin Butler currently accepts service requests for Fort Mohave, Bullhead City, and Mohave Valley, Arizona. A submitted request is subject to service-area, route, access, safety, and operational confirmation. The Bin Butler may decline, delay, pause, or cancel service if an address is outside the practical service area, cannot be accessed safely, or cannot be serviced as requested.
Plans, prices, and availability
Available plans may include recurring residential plans, apartment door-to-bin service, business office-to-bin service, and as-needed service. Prices, plan names, billing intervals, and service descriptions shown on the website or in Stripe checkout control at the time of purchase. As-needed service depends on notice period and route availability.
Recurring billing and automatic renewal
Monthly, quarterly, six-month, annual, apartment, and business plans renew automatically at the interval selected during checkout unless cancelled before the next billing date. By purchasing a recurring plan, you authorize The Bin Butler and its payment processor to charge the payment method supplied for the initial charge and future renewal charges until cancelled.
Nonrefundable payments and cancellation timing
Plan charges are nonrefundable unless The Bin Butler chooses otherwise or a refund is required by applicable law. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund charges already processed.
Stripe checkout, subscriptions, and portal
Payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout and Stripe billing tools. The Bin Butler website collects service details first, saves a service record, sends you to Stripe checkout when checkout is enabled, and receives Stripe return/webhook information to map payment and subscription status back to the saved service record. The Bin Butler does not store full card numbers on this website.
Manual fallback and failed checkout
If Stripe checkout is turned off, interrupted, cancelled, unavailable, or fails, the website may still save your submitted service details so The Bin Butler can follow up by phone, SMS, or email. A saved request alone does not mean payment has been completed or service has been activated.
Failed payments and service holds
If a payment fails, a subscription becomes past due, a charge is disputed, a subscription is cancelled, or Stripe reports another billing issue, The Bin Butler may place service on hold, pause service, cancel service, or require updated payment before additional service is provided.
Customer-provided service details
You are responsible for providing accurate and current name, address, phone, email, service area, trash company, bin count, pickup day(s), bin location, HOA information, gate/access instructions, and service notes. If these details change, update your service details or contact The Bin Butler before the next service day.
Access permission and property conditions
By requesting service, you authorize The Bin Butler and its personnel to enter the reasonably necessary exterior areas of the service address to move bins according to your submitted instructions. You are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible, paths are safe, gates are unlocked or coded correctly, pets are secured, and HOA/property rules allow the requested service.
Service limitations
The Bin Butler provides trash-bin assistance, not trash collection, waste hauling, hazardous-material handling, bin cleaning, pest control, property security, or municipal utility service. Trash collection remains controlled by your trash company or municipality. The Bin Butler may refuse to move bins that appear unsafe, overloaded, damaged, contaminated, leaking, blocked, or otherwise unsuitable for safe handling.
Address verification, maps, and route planning
The website may use address verification or geocoding tools to estimate a map pin for confirmation and internal route planning. Map pins are planning aids only and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unavailable. You remain responsible for clear address, bin-location, and access instructions.
SMS, phone, and email communications
The Bin Butler may contact you about your request, service schedule, billing, support, failed checkout, failed payment, cancellation, or account status. SMS opt-in is optional and is not required to request or purchase service. If you opt in, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Customer portal and account links
The manage-service page may send or use secure tokenized links to show saved service records and, when Stripe is connected, open Stripe’s billing portal. Keep manage-service links private. Contact The Bin Butler if you believe a manage link was accessed without permission.
Disputes and account review
Please contact The Bin Butler first about billing, service, cancellation, or account issues so the saved service record and Stripe status can be reviewed. Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, abusive behavior, unsafe conditions, repeated access failures, or misuse of the website may result in service hold, cancellation, or refusal of future service.
Website availability and errors
The website, checkout, forms, email delivery, maps, geocoding, and portal links may not always be available or error-free. The Bin Butler may correct website errors, pricing display errors, technical issues, or service-record mistakes when discovered. If the website does not work as expected, call The Bin Butler for assistance.
Changes and contact
The Bin Butler may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or service after updates means you accept the updated terms to the extent allowed by law. Questions about service, billing, cancellation, or these terms can be directed to The Bin Butler at (928) 279-3003.
Required acceptance
The service details form requires customers to confirm these terms before submitting service information. Stripe checkout, the customer portal, and saved CRM records all map back to that accepted service request.
